Rental requirements:

It is important to bring the documentation that will be requested at the time of pick up:

-Official ID (INE or Passport).

-Valid driver's license.

-Personalized and valid credit card.

Important information:

The minimum age to rent a car is 18 years old. If the driver is 18 to 24 years old, an additional amount per day will be charged.

All documents must be presented in physical form and be valid for the entire rental period.

All renters/drivers must present a valid, physical driver's license at the time of pick-up. It must have been used for more than 1 year and be in roman alphabet. If you do not have a license in roman alphabet, you will be required to present a valid international license.

CDMX virtual licenses are only valid within CDMX, in case of renting in another destination, a physical license must be presented.

The same credit card or cardholder may not be used to rent two or more vehicles within the same period of time.

Your reservation will have a grace period of 6 hours after the confirmed time of arrival. After this time, we will not be able to guarantee the reserved unit, but you can be sure that we will do our best to offer you a mobility solution.

Accepted method for security deposits: Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express). The credit card must have been used for more than one year and be personalized (with your name and signature).

Accepted methods of payment at the counter: Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) and debit cards (Visa and Mastercard).

Cash, vouchers of any kind and departmental cards are not accepted.

For security reasons, in case of having a virtual card, it will be necessary to present a bank statement or access to your banking application to confirm the identity of the card.

This promotion does not apply to additional services such as: baby seat, GPS, Total Coverage 0% deductible, additional driver or vehicle upgrade.
